This notice applies to Polymateria’s public website and any Polymateria Lyfecycle or related website that links to this notice. In this notice, we refer to these collectively as our “Website”. 

This notice does not apply to personal information processed in other contexts, such as employment, recruitment, supplier management, partner due diligence, customer contracts or investor relations, where a separate privacy notice may apply. 

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages or external platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of those external websites or platforms. You should read the privacy notice of any external website you visit.

When personal information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely archive it in accordance with our retention practices.

We do not currently use Website personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Please explain your concern in your own words. You do not need to use legal terminology. 

To help us review your complaint, please provide your name and contact details, a summary of your concern, any relevant dates or communications, and what outcome you are seeking if there is a particular outcome you have in mind. If you are acting for someone else, we may ask for evidence that you are authorised to do so. 

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt. 

We will then take appropriate steps to review and investigate the matters you have raised without undue delay. We may contact you for further information, proof of identity or evidence of authority to act for another person. 

We will keep you informed where appropriate and will tell you the outcome of your complaint without undue delay once we have completed our review. 

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if you remain concerned about how we have handled your personal information, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
